Time4Nutrition Smoothie Bowl


I legit eat this like 3-4 nights a week, it is my quick n tasty go to protein hit!!!

So, its super simple and takes minimal ingredients!

In your blender, blitz together 100g frozen berries, 1.5 scoops of Time4Nutrition protein (pick yo flavor) & a little water.
You have to remember the frozen fruit is going to release a lot of juice when blended at high power so start with 50ml water and add more as you go if you need it. I like my smoothie bowls to have a thick yogurt consistency.

When you’ve reached your desired consistency pour it into a bowl and top with your favorite healthy nibbles, I love topping mine with Granola, chocolate chips, coconut, seeds!
The bowl is your oyster!
