Protein Cookie Dough Recipe!

Sweet tooth snack of the week: Protein cookie dough! 

  • 150g fat free natural or Greek yoghurt 
  • 0.25 cup of ground almonds
  • 1.5 scoops quest vanilla protein 
  • 25g dark chocolate chips
  • Tiny bit of Splenda sweetner less than a teaspoon.. 
  • Mix all together and chill - Shabam! 


Macros for the whole thing: 48g protein, 29g carb, 16g fat (will depend on brands)
