Baking made easy! American to British Weight Conversions!

I’ve been doing a tonn of baking lately, but a lot of the recipes I’ve been using are measured in American – So I found the following on allrecipes.com and thought I would share – as well as having it somewhere I can come back to and find easily myself!

Also, if you’re following any form of American meal plan 1 ounce of meat/poultry or fish equates to around 28g. Most standard servings are 6oz – 168g
