10 Ways To Eat More Mindfully

·         Prepare healthy snacks ahead of time

·         Don’t watch tv (or in my case youtube) as you eat

·         Use small plates

·         Use small utensils

·         Control portions

·         Only eat when hungry

·         Make healthy foods accessible

·         Keep a food diary (myfitnesspal)

·         Don’t eat whilst on the go – consciesly take a time out for your meals


·         Chew slowly and savour the moment
